	Pool heat is optional (£15 / $25 per day) - recommended between October and April.
	A cleaning surcharge of £75 / $145 is levied for bookings of less than 5 nights.
	All bookings are subject to our terms and conditions of rental.
	Dates are only secure once the booking deposit or full rental payment (if arrival date is less than 8 weeks away) has cleared.
	Excludes Florida taxes (For US Bookings)
	A $200 / £175 refundable security deposit is also required. (Refer to our Terms & Conditions)
